Today's Poem : Sand and Cloud

Hindi

यूँ ही बरसों से सूखी पड़ी रेत पे,
कभी कोई बादल ठहेरता है....
और रेत ख्वाब बुन ने लगती है
भीगने के...
रेत के कुछ कण
ऊपर उठने भी लगते हैं
बादल को छूने,
और... और फिर..
अचानक ही बादल को पर निकल आते है..
और वो उड़ जाता है कहीं दूर.....
रेत पे वही खुले सुलगते आसमान को छोड़ कर..

कभी कभी सपनों में ये देखा है मैंने...

शायद तुम्हे पता ना हो,...
पर...
जब से तुम उड़ गये हो...
मेरे कुछ सपने सच होने लगे हैं.....

above the dry sand since many years,
sometimes some cloud stops...
and the sand starts weaving the dreams...
dreams of getting wet in shower...
some particles of sand,
starts rising up to touch the cloud...
and... and then...
suddenly, cloud gets the wings...
and it flies far far away.....
leaving behind an open, burning sky above the sand....

sometimes i have seen this in my dreams....

might be you don't know,...
but...
but since when u had flown away...
some of my dreams started coming true....

Roman Hindi

yun hi barson se sukhi padi ret pe,
kabhi koi baadal thaherta hai...
aur ret khwab bun ne lagti hai,
bhigne ke....
ret ke kuch kan...
upar uthne bhi lagte hai...
baadal ko chhune,
aur...aur phir...
achanak hi baadal ko par nikal aate hai..
aur wo ud jaata hai kahin dur...
ret pe wahi khule sulagte aasmaan ko chhod kar...

kabhi kabhi sapno men ye dekha hai maine...

shaayad tumhe pata naa ho,..
par..
jab se tum ud gaye ho,..
mere kuch sapne sach hone lage hai...
